KINESIOLOGY

Kinesiology was founded in 1964 by the American chiropractor George Goodheart. With the help of muscle testing it is possible to identify factors that block the natural flow of energy in our system which may cause pains, illnesses or discomfort. By using different techniques such as holding acupuncture points, changing nutritional habits, etc. we break down the stress that blocks the system and support the body’s self-healing powers.

Kinesiology treatments can be helpful for people

- who would like to maintain or improve their health
- who would like to get rid of any kind of stress
- who would like to overcome their fears
- who would like to ease their pains
- who would like to improve their learning abilities
- who would like to strengthen their self-confidence, vitality and positive attitude
- etc.

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic method but does not substitute any medical examinations or treatments. If you suffer from physical or psychological illnesses, please consult your general practitioner first.

Kinesiology is a complementary type of therapy. I am EMR, ASCA, EGK and Visana certified for kinesiology, meaning most health insurances cover 70-80% of the treatments if you have a Zusatz-Versicherung. Please contact your health insurance company for further information.

COLOR THERAPY

Colour Therapy aims to balance and enhance our energy centres/chakras which can help to stimulate our body’s own healing process. Each of the seven main colours of the spectrum has its own particular energy and resonates with one of the main seven chakras. By applying the appropriate colour to the body (with colour light, scented oils etc.) we can re-balance our chakras and activate the natural flow of energy in our system.

Colour therapy may ease physical pains and symptoms as well as enhance emotional well being.

Color therapy is a complementary type of therapy and does not substitute any medical examinations or treatments.
